Description:

You will be based in La Vera, Spain. The area of ministry comprises a number of small towns in an agricultural region of western Spain. Living in a community atmosphere on country acreage, we blend into local lifestyle. The training experience is designed to include: • Scripture study and courses related to church planting and church life (including mealtime discussions). • Emphasis on outreach to children and young people. • Manual work on the land to help provide food and earn credibility with the locals. • A ministry to Muslim immigrants, with which we cooperate.

The program and activities can be tailored to the abilities and interests and needs of the participants. Spanish language learning provided by means of the LAMP system.

Skills/ Experience Required: Use your English skills as a tool for evangelism. At least basic knowledge of Spanish will be very much appreciated. A desire to share the Gospel, some basic ministry training.
Qualifications of on-field supervisor: Missionary couple in Spain for the last 46 years. They have been involved in church-planting, teaching/training, children and youth ministries, music, etc.
