Teaser: Use your IT Skills to help users at the OM USA Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Gain experience while serving in an International community and being exposed to what God is doing around the world.

Compensation: Free apartment housing on the OM USA campus as well as a $600.00 monthly stipend for living costs.

Description:

Working with the IT Department, the intern will fill a role assisting the IT Helpdesk, computer trouble shooting & repair, and a wide range of IT user help.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Experience and exposure to the work of a Global Christian mission agency. 
  • Cross cultural experience.
  • Leadership, professional and spiritual development.

Additional Info:

  • All interns must formally accept and abide by OM USA’s Statement of Faith for the duration of the internship.
  • On campus housing required.
Skills/Experience Required:
  • Required: Service attitude, good people skills, high level and range of IT experience Windows/MAC, O365. Major in IT or related field.
  • Preferred: Flexibility, familiar with full range of iDevice set up, able to train users in O365, Lync. Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
Qualifications of supervisor:
As an intern you will work directly for members of the OM management team, who have experience both in the corporate world in their field, as well as in international nonprofit.  You will receive vocational mentoring by senior level OM staff, as well as monthly meetings with OM Vice Presidents.
