Description: Primary Responsibilities: You would need to provide a warm welcome to staff/guests, assist with office communications, assist with office stationary orders/requests, help provide administrative support to other OM Ireland departments as needed, and assist with maintaining the database system (Petra). The normal schedule would be from Monday to Friday starting with devotions at 8.30am and our office is opened from 9am to 5pm. You would also take a full and active part in the social and spiritual life of OM Ireland community, e.g. devotions, prayer emphasis day, social activities etc.
Skills/ Experience Required: A heart and passion for evangelism and mission mobilization, a working knowledge of computer software/programs currently in use by OM Ireland, and proficiency in English language.
Qualifications of on-field supervisor possible? Five years of international missions experience and a master degree in Music Education
Is a homestay with a national possible? No
