Description:

- Supporting with the strategy and promotion of the business
- Social Media Strategy
- Keeping well-organized files and records of business activity 
- Using spreadsheets to track expenses and incomes
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
- Participating in office meetings

Proposed weekly schedule:

Monday to Friday:
9:00 - Team devotions
10:00 - Work starts at the base (different activities)
12:30 - Lunch with the team
1:30 - Work at the base or partner ministry (feeding, playing, and serving homeless community)
5:00 – End of workday

Saturday: Day off OR possibly mobilization with an alternative day off for compensation

Sunday: possibly mobilization with an alternative day off for compensation OR attend a local church with a team member.

Skills/ Experience Required: Ability to teach and preferably at least a basic level of Spanish
Qualifications of on-field supervisor: Long term missionary with significant experience overseeing projects.
Is a homestay with a national possible? No
