You would be responsible for researching and writing a business plan for field-run new ventures. Tasks include: market research, creating financial projections and writing of detailed business plans for new BAM/B4T (Business for Transformation)ventures.

Typical weekly schedule: 1 day off, 5 days involved in researching the Kosovar market and writing the business plan that will fit with the interest and needs of the NGO. 1 day involved in other ministries. Weekly team devotions and prayer time. 6 to 8 hours of work per day.

Skills/ Experience Required: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ideally has experience in research and data collection, business planning, and financial modeling.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 required. MBA preferred.
Qualifications of remote supervisor: MBA from a top-ten program, 15 years of working experience: 5 years of boutique management consulting experience, 5 years of strategy consulting at a top firm and 5 years of Business-as-Mission experience. Currently works for the Global Sustainability Initiative.
