Teaser: Use your Business Analysis skills in the USA while serving a Global Ministry. Get professional experience and oversight while participating in an international community learning about what God is doing around the world.
Dates: Fall 2019 semester, plus 1-year options.
Compensation: Free apartment housing on the OM USA campus as well as a $600.00 monthly stipend for living costs. Housing on campus is a required part of the internship.

You would be responsible for the research and development for new or evolving projects for OM USA. Projects could be in the fields of: fundraising, sustainability, corporate development, finance, or ministry. You would:

•Create research reports for various projects
•Present completed research to officers or involved employees
•Participate in planning for action steps following completed research
•Gain experiences in project management and leadership

Resources and information are available if you are interested in serving in an affiliated OM mission trip overseas as a part of the internship.

Skills/Experience Required: 1. Strong verbal and communication skills
2. Excellent research and reporting skills
3. Junior or senior in college preferred
4. Major in Management, Business, or related field.
Qualifications of supervisor:
As an intern you will work directly for members of the OM management team, who have experience both in the corporate world in their field, as well as in international nonprofit.  You will receive vocational mentoring by senior level OM staff, as well as monthly meetings with OM Vice Presidents.
