Description: - Creating a healthy process that missionaries can receive before going to the field or upon returning from field
- Creating forms to assess the personalities and gifts of missionaries
- Giving feedback on office efficiency in the Human Resources process and suggesting improvements
- Participating in office meetings

Proposed weekly schedule:

Monday to Friday:
9:00 - Team devotions
10:00 - Work starts at the base (different activities)
12:30 - Lunch with the team
1:30 - Work at the base or partner ministry (feeding, playing, and serving homeless community)
5:00 – End of workday

Saturday: Day off OR possibly mobilization with an alternative day off for compensation

Sunday: possibly mobilization with an alternative day off for compensation OR attend a local church with a team member.
Skills/ Experience Required: Must be a junior or senior in college. Human resource strategies. Able to create recruitment processes. 
Qualifications of on-field supervisor: Bachelors in Psychology
