Description: In El Salvador your main purpose would be videography, but other kinds of communication, too, as you have skills. You could also be involved in most of the programs that OM is running during your time there. Most of these videos would be used for mobilizing people for missions or reporting activities and would be distributed either locally or internationally through the internet. Activities are diverse, but most days would include group devotions, a visit to an OM project, interviewing OM friends, and recording daily activities at the office. Saturday is a day off. Sunday is a day to go to church
Skills/ Experience Required: An ideal candidate would be self-motivated. It is also important to have a good knowledge of video editing programs as most of the time the intern will have to work alone. Creativity is important because the audience is totally diverse, from kids to older pastors.  Skills in writing and photography would also be welcome, as you could have the opportunity to write articles about the work of OM El Salvador and take photos of the ministry, if desired. The ability to speak Spanish is ideal but not required.
Qualifications of on-field supervisor: Bachelor Degree in Communication
